Shipping:

We ship via either UPS or Fedex, whichever is faster to your address.

We do our best to ship your order the same day if we receive it by 4:00pm Central Standard Time.  We are closed on weekends and major holidays, so we do not ship those days.

If we are out of stock on an item, we will e-mail you to give you an estimated ship date, and give you a chance to change your order in any way you like.  Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.

Returns and Exchanges:

Return Policy: All items can be returned for a refund, if returned in good condition within 60 days.  If the item is damaged on receipt, contact us by email for instructions on making an exchange.

We do not reimburse freight costs on items returned that are not defective.
